Mazhar ve Fuat - Sür Efem Atını (1973)

Being among the founders of the “Kaygısızlar” band that was formed in 1965 — a group that made collaborations with Barış Manço —, Fuat Güner and Mazhar Alanson got together again and published “Türküz Türkü Çağırırız” album. It consisted of Mazhar Alanson’s own compositions and those that were made for the ballads of minstrels such as Aşık Veysel and Yunus Emre. Musicians such as Özkan Uğur, Ayhan Sicimoğlu, and Hale Alanson — the wife of Mazhar Alanson — contributed to this album. After this album, Mazhar and Fuat founded “İpucu Beşlisi” in 1976, gathering Özkan Uğur, Galip Boransu, and Ayhan Sicimoğlu. After it disbanded, a new band named “MFÖ” was formed in 1984.
