Demoncy - Winds of Plague (Enthroned is the Night)

One of the few American black metal bands (Profanatica, Havohej, Averse Sefira, Absu are others) worth mentioning, Demoncy took the savage sound of early Incantation and Havohej and injected a subversive melodic sense. The result is foreboding and unsettling yet evocative of a will for more existential struggle in life itself.
