Our special guest is Samir Nakra, who is Facilitator, Coach, Culture and OD Specialist, Leadership Transformation Agent, Systems Thinker and Army Veteran. Samir was a Major in the Army, where he led his troops in Counter Insurgency Operations and on the Line of Control in Kashmir. He has been consulting in leadership and culture for the last 18 years. In this live conversation, our guest will share his story and tell us what motivates him in his life. We will also talk about the 8 Foundations of Creative Society and Samir will share his understanding of what aspects of the consumer society should we start changing in order to realize the creative model. What does our guest think each person can do to bring us closer to the Creative society?
