J.S. Bach: Air on the G string BWV 1068 (P. Bardon)

The legendary organist Pierre Bardon, 83 years old, plays the Air on the G string by Johann Sebastian Bach on the historical organ built by Jean-Esprit and Joseph Isnard at the Basilique Sainte-Marie-Madeleine of Saint Maximin la Sainte Baume. The video was recorded on February 4th, during the celebration of the 57th anniversary of the “titularity“ by Pierre Bardon. Moreover it is the very first time that the organ was recorded after Quoirin restoration (2017-2018). Please apologize for the humming, but... it was the mass :) Subscribe La Mantovana channel for see the next videos recorded at La Sainte Baume!
