The Biggest Identity Theft of All Time: De Facto Courts Operate Fraudulently Under Color of Law

Who’s behind the biggest identity theft of all time? Your government! The De Facto government (fraudulently) creates your “strawman“ or corporate legal fiction in your name, because that is the only route they have to try to have authority over you. Since they are in the sea jurisdiction, not the land jurisdiction where you are located, they try to subjugate you by making a fake corporation out of you, and then behaving as though you WERE that fiction, rather than the living man or woman whom you are. Thus, the operation of the de facto courts with regard to We the People, is wholly fraudulent, and operates under “color of law“ or a charade of law, not real law.
