BOOTY WORKOUT FOR BEGINNERS *Still challenging*

HEY BABE! If you’re new to the gym orrrr you need a new routine, this video is for you 💗 The workout: 💪🏻Always stretch, and activate (I use a band and activate my glutes for 10 minutes before every leg day, it’s also a great way to warm up as well!)
