Winter rituals of the Udmurts | An ethnic minority in Russia

Exploring winter rituals of the Udmurts, the indigenous people of the Udmurt Republic, Russia. Let’s learn about this ethnic minority by visiting their traditional festival of winter spirits, which in some ways can remind Halloween :) In this vlog, I travelled to a remote Udmurt village and spent the whole day with an Udmurt village gang listening to Udmurt folk music and partying on an ice rink with Udmurt and Russian girls. Also, I’ve learned so much about the culture and old traditions of this ethnic group.
