The Ultimate Reset for 2024 💫 | getting life together in 6 steps

Happy New Year friends! Thankful for another year with all of you. I hope the world will be in a better place in 2024🤍 💌🌟 Get Started with Notion, sign up for free: A month spent resetting my life to get a fresh start for 2024! My main focus was decluttering and organizing my physical environment because clean space = clean mind~ After decluttering my home, I discovered my lost SD card from my Lisbon/Porto/Paris travels from back in 2022 so I thought it would be cute to include some clips 🥰 ✏️ JASMINE’S NEW YEAR RESET GUIDE 🍎 1. LIFE ADMIN/ 2024 GOAL SETTING: Notion is my digital world and I use it for everything. Let me know if you would like a more in depth tour sometime in the future! My biggest goal: aspire to be a little better everyday. 2. DECLUTTERING: Clean space = clean mind. I have so much stuff compared to Calvin T_T I From this, I learned I LOVE collecting and buying tiny things. This is the biggest declutter I’ve ever done since moving to NYC 6 years ago lol. Having a separate space to do art in (all those art supplies...) definitely helped with the clutter a lot. And now this home can be an equal balance of Jasmine and Boyfriend! My environment feels so much cleaner now and so does my mind!!! 3. CHANGE: rearranged the furniture, which seems to be a favorite hobby of mine. Mostly because we’re going through a bit of a lifestyle change. I looveeee interior design and I’m excited to see what changes this home goes through in the time we’re here. 4. ORGANIZING: finding better systems of organization that I can keep up to. Less clutter= easier organization hehe. 5. CLEAN: oh man this deep clean really took it out of me T_T Hoping to do a deep clean every half year and spending 15 minutes at the end of everyday to do a daily clean. Guys, remember to clean your washer/dryer because that shit gets dirty. 6. REST: there is no reset without the rest portion. remember to take breaks!!!!! it’s so important. This is something I’m very bad at but working on improving! Actually after I finished editing this video (yesterday)... I am currently very sick... I will be resting for a few days...
