Tango - Spellbound

Haven’t uploaded a classic tune in quite some time, but lately I’ve been listening to a lot of old Creative Wax tunes, so here goes: The label was launched back in 1992 by the mighty DJ Pulse, and has been one of the key players in the evolution of Jazzstep throughout the 90’s. Now more than 20 years later Pulse and Madcap are planning to relaunch the label, with releases forthcoming by longtime contributors Alex Reece and Wax Doctor, alongside new talents such as Furney and Madcap. I’m definitely looking forward to all the new stuff they’ve got planned for us, but untill then enjoy this straight up masterpiece from ’96, by the legend that is Tango. The “Furney Re-edit“ of this absolute classic tune will be their first new release, so keep an eye out! Creative Wax: #creative-wax-recordings
