Martin Scorsese - The Works

*Please note that there are SPOILERS for many of Scorsese’s films in this tribute* What an exceptional director this man is. Often referred to as one of the greatest American filmmakers (which he is), Martin Scorsese is amongst the most passionate and fearless directors working today. Why fearless? He’s not afraid to try new things. His genres can range from a violent crime film like Goodfellas or Casino, to family oriented love letter to cinema like ’Hugo.’ It’s undeniable that Scorsese knows how to make a damn good film no matter what genre or style.
