Actor Will Smith is apologizing to comedian Chris Rock again for the infamous Oscars slap. In a new lengthy video posted to social media, Smith addressed Rock, his family and tried to offer a clearer explanation for what happened. Smith said he reached out to Rock, who in turn said he’s not ready to talk yet. Smith said, “I’m human.
