How to Wrap a Rajasthani Turban

A local villager in Chandelao shows us how to wrap a traditional Rajasthan style turban. What appears to be an endlessly long piece of fabric wraps a countless number of times around the head of a Rajasthani man to form a massive turban. The turban known as Pagadis in the local language denotes a persons’ caste, culture and profession. Each color within a turban has its own significance and importance.
