The temperatures have cooled down enough for butchering on the farm and Landry is ready to try out his East Tennessee Hog Rifle. He has worked hard to learn every part and knows just how to load it. It’s a long process but each step is very important. This is a two part video. Part 2 the Butcher comes to town and they slaughter the hog.
