Some of the men wearing judges’ wigs. They are followed by men in other stately robes - Court of Aldermen, the Sword Bearers, the Mace Bearer and finally Lord Mayor of London Sir Louis Newton. Procession is on its way to Guildhall where the new Lord Mayor of London to be elected. Three men leaving the Guildhall - one of them is the new Lord Mayor.
