RUSSIAN REGION WELCOMES REFUGEES FROM KURSK, where a Counter-Terrorist Operation (CTO) is taking place against the Ukrainian incursion. Staff of the Ministry for Emergency Situations in Samara (pre-war, Southwest Russia) greet a train load of residents from Kursk. Some are elderly, have limited mobility, as well as children.
