KARATE, AIKIDO & NINJUTSU VERSUS A HAYMAKER

We asked six instructors from Kyokushin Karate, Shotokan Karate, Aikido and Ninjutsu to share some ideas on how they might react versus the classic “haymaker“ punch (with detail, as the mat was mainly beginners). Please comment as it will be interesting to hear your ideas, not just criticism. Remember, this was a seminar, not a street fight!
