Background video playback in Chrome on Android

Media can now be played in the background in Chrome on Android. As of now this is available in M54 builds. You can try it in the latest dev channel and once M54 beta channels roll out. In this screengrab, we are demoing background playback. Notice that you can navigate away from Chrome or the tab and can control background media playback using Media notification in Chrome.
