Trolling singed = First blood!

I was playing Kog Maw wen singed tried to gank me... i do a series of jukes an end up in their base. To prevent first blood i suicide on the turret, but then jax shows up with 200 health... i chase him down with my passive and get 1st blood! thanks for watching, and sub for more!!
