CrossFit Games - Into the Fire: Sam Briggs

Sam Briggs took 19th at the 2010 Games. This year, her 3rd place Open performance and win over Annie Thorisdottir on “Amanda“ at the Europe Regional have brought her more attention. While she’s working on improving her technique, Sam draws on the mental strength she developed from firefighting and duathlons.
