I firmly believe music videos featuring lip-syncing are the bane of cinematic existence. A: The majority of music videos in existence use lip-syncing, so in that respect, yes, he is lip syncing. No, he isn’t the singer of the song, but yes, he was singing while filming, and his audio was cut in post. Q. Why do some scenes have blinking lights and then in the next shot they are gone? A. The video takes on the stance that the teacher is imagining the majority of the more glamorous events. Also, improper planning. Q. And then at the end the papers flying everywhere disappear too! What gives? I’ll stab you for this! A. Same as the prior answer. He is imagining the more glamorous events. But no improper planning there. Q. Obligatory camera question? A. I have no idea.
