Constantinople, The Third World War, And The Sleeping King

Is the city by the sea mentioned in the Qur’an really Constantinople? Could the focus of Word War 3 be centered around the country of Turkey? And is it possible that the war will come to an end by the resurrection of a Greek Orthodox Saint who will usher in a global Renaissance accompanied by 35 years of world peace prior to the coming of the Antichrist?
