Return to Strength (70kg pistol squat +oaps, 140kg dip, etc..)

Salute brothers! For few years I trained only strength endurance (32kg pullups for 20 reps, dips only twice a month with around 60-75kg, 30kg pistols for 20 reps etc... ). Now I decided to get back to strength for a while and see hows it going. Give me few months... Salute Raw Army
