Aloha~ Happy December Friends! :) Hope you’re staying warm and cozy! I heard this happy song this morning and started dancing in the kitchen, and so voila~! Then I decided to hit the record button :) come join me in the warmth of my kitchen and have some fun being silly with me! (Bonus review on the 14 muscles) *BENEFITS:* Dancing the 14 muscle-meridians can help... *INVIGORATE* the body, *RELEASE* stress and tension, *BALANCE* head-to-toe energies, and *BRING ON* a state of blissful joy! *Wishing you and your family so much love, joy and happiness!* The “dance moves“ are based off the order of the 24-hr Meridian Flow Wheel (you can reference the wheel with time zones here: #onepoint - Thank you Matthew!) *LEARNING TECHNIQUE:* Below are some fun mnemonic devices to help you review the 14-muscles’ ranges of motion: 1. Central: Supraspinatus - “Fig Leaf” 2. Governing: Teres Major - “Chicken (or Angel) Wings” 3. Stomach Meridian (7-9am): Pectoralis Major Clavicular - “Swimmer” 4. Spleen Meridian (9-11am): Latissimus Dorsi - “Penguin Flap” 5. Heart Meridian (11am-1pm): Subscapularis - “Scarecrow Surrender” 6. Small Intestine Meridian (1-3pm): Quadriceps - “Cross-Crawl Small Journey” 7. Bladder Meridian (3-5pm): Peroneus - “Happy Feet Tap” 8. Kidney Meridian (5-7pm): Psoas - “Swing Leg /Pass Ball/ Score Goal” 9. Circulation Sex Meridian (7-9pm): Gluteus Medius - “Nut Cracker” 10. Triple Warmer Meridian (9-11pm): Teres Minor- “Fan Yourself Because You’re Tripley Hot” 11. Gallbladder Meridian (11pm-1am): Anterior Deltoid - “Marching” 12.
