Locals in Afghanistan put up tents on streets after third earthquake in a week

Citizens in Herat, Afghanistan were seen on the city streets on Sunday, as the third earthquake with 6.3 magnitude hit the western province. People who have lost their households in the tremor were forced to put up tents on streets and lay on blankets in open air. This latest quake is the region’s third since powerful tremors on October 8 claimed the lives of more than 2,000 people.
