The Willows “Little Darlin’“ Live - 1998

The four original surviving members of the Willows (Tony Middleton, Richie Davis, Ralph Martin, Joseph Martin) perform their 1957 Melba release, “Little Darlin’“ at Harlem, New York’s Schomburg Center on February 28, 1998. It was the group’s first live performance in nine years. Both of the group’s original recording bass singers, John Thomas Steele and Freddie Donovan, had already died. Joe Martin died in 2005. His twin, Ralph, died in 2010, and Richie Davis passed in 2015. Tony Middleton remains active in 2022.
