The Honey Bee!

My first plated dessert around honey and Cara Cara orange. It is composed with a crunchy honey meringue trapping a vanilla frozen parfait and a fresh orange compote, a caramel honey (I called it “Caramiel“ ☺️) a mascarpone honey mousse, an orange cremeux, and two adorable chocolate bees!
