French act Droids in a video for their Star Wars-inspired cosmic disco song (Do You Have) The Force? It was first released in 1977, and then appeared on their 1978 album, Star Peace. I’ve added high quality audio of the song, and the video is in higher quality than others I’ve seen online. I clipped this from a French program called Spécial Disco, which aired on July 11, 1978. But I suspect this might have been made as a promotional film that was also played on other programs, rather than made for this show specifically.
