Miniature Ceramics (1961)

M/S of artist Pamela Curtis-Green working at a table in her studio. C/U of the painting as she puts it to one side and brings into shot a partly finished clay model of the castle. She adds more turrets and some small figures that dance across the front of the scene; we see her making clay grass by pushing wet clay through a small sieve and placing that at the base of one of the towers. Pamela then takes the model to a kiln and puts that inside. She walks back to the table with a small model that has been fired. A third fired (and cooled) model entitled ’The Tea Party’ is now before her on the table; C/Us as Pamela starts to paint it with special ceramic colours that will change in tone with the final firing that fuses the colours.
