State Opening Of Ulster Parliament - Pathe Version (1921)

Item title reads - The Royal Opening of Ulster Parliament. Their Majesties State Procession. Ireland. We see a ship sailing up to Donegal Quay, Queen Mary and King George V emerge and climb into a carriage. The King is in military uniform, two other men also get in. The carriages drive down the street and everyone cheers, the couple acknowledge the crowd. They are followed by other military men on horses. L/S from above as they round a corner. L/S as they ride down the street we see all the crowds round them. Various shots as they ride around a statue and draw up at City Hall. They get out and the King inspects some troops.
