Group of dignitaries gathered in dockyard building, including several men in military uniform. They sing the hymn ’For Those in Peril On The Sea’. Woman in fur coat holds a bottle of wine or champagne “I name this ship, His Majesty’s Submarine Sturgeon“. She smashes the bottle against the submarine (we can only see the end of it at the moment). She then appears to be hammering something.
M/S the submarine HMS Sturgeon slips from the dry dock into the water (the National Anthem can be heard faintly in the background).
