While in Chiang Rai, Thailand, we stayed at a fully off-the-grid, organic farm for 48 hours. It was an immersive farm-to-table experience like no other, where everything we ate came straight from the land around us. We stayed in a minimalistic concrete home that gave us stunning views of the glowing Thai countryside. By day, we were making salted duck eggs, naturally dyeing textiles, infusing wild honey with dried blossoms, and baking colorful cookies. And, by night, we were gazing up at the open sky, where stars near and far sparkled bright above our rooftop string lights.
