Postnatal & Baby Yoga - Row Your Boat

Join Kate & Cobi and Andy & Jack from Yoga Mamas for this special Baby Row Boat Sequence. This is another wonderful way to bond with bubs, incorporating some music, whilst engaging in a little yoga “me time“. This simple sequence is designed to gently stretch the backs of the legs and inner thighs, as well as release through the lower back. The more you draw the toes back to the face and straighten the legs, the more intense the stretch will be so if you need to reduce this just bend the knees.
