INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups of apples
4 eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup of applesauce
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp lucuma powder
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 cup almond flour
chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients except the walnuts to a mixing bowl and stir
2. Spoon into a muffin pan and top with chopped walnuts
3. Bake for 20 minutes at 375°
