Ce film fête le retour de Strasbourg et l’ensemble d’Alsace-Lorraine à la France à la fin de la Grande Guerre. Ilt transmet aussi un image dúne ville vraiement historique et importante dans l’histoire et la culture de l’Europe. / This film celebrates the return to France of Strasbourg, along with the whole of Alsace-Lorraine, to France at the end of the First World War, giving also an impression of it as a city of importance in the history and culture of Europe.
