Sri Lanka East Coast : Arugam Bay in a minute

I thought I didn’t like beaches, but I liked Arugam bay. The big waves made swimming not boring. It is popular with board and kite surfers. Also there is a fishing cummunity. In the afternoon large parts of the beach where not comfortable because of the strong wind that made a sand storm over the beach, excedt for the corner where also the fishing boats are. The morning was very nice though. A pity I could stay only a short time, but I’ll be back... Camera : GH1
