Zira’s Origin II Jerome (Lion King AU)

Hello everyone and welcome! Finally! After weeks I can finally present you this Lion King Alternate Universe, of Zira’s Origin! I can’t believe it’s done. 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁: This is an AU, meaning that this storyline, characters etc. is purely fan-made. There is no official/ canon origin story to Zira, so this is me just having fun. Feel free to let me know your thoughts, but please don’t go ahead and be like: “Well actually Zira got the scar because....“ Just a quick fun fact: I had to create 27 (!) layers for this monstrosity! Sony Vegas kept crashing, so I was only able to render a few scenes and had to put them back together. 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆: -A young Zira is brought away by her father. Suddenly two lions appear and take Zira with them. Zira doesn’t understand what is going on, but has no choice then to stay still. -The young lion cub is presented to her new pride, but most of the lions aren’t very pleased with her being there. Especially a young female lion cub named Yakuti. No one takes a liking in her, expect the young prince Mukuwa. -Time passes by and Mukuwa becomes the new King of the pride. A King needs a queen, so tensions between Zira and Yakuti are high. Even after all the time Mukuwa prefers Zira over Yakuti and they both share a romantic time together. - Mukuwa still hasn’t made Zira his official queen, so Zira decides to confront him, but to her shock she sees the young king spending his time with Yakuti. Zira is deeply hurt and runs back to the cave. - The sun goes down and Mukuwa returns. Zira confronts him and Mukuwa attacks her and scars her ear. Zira is devestated. - Her desperation only rises when Mukuwa announces that Yakuti is going to be ruling the pride by his side and they even have a cub together. - Feelling alone and heartbroken Zira decides to leave and runs days on end. - After running for days Zira rests on a rock. A young male lion, named Scar sees her and starts to talk to her. After hearing her story Scar takes pity on her and offers her a place in his pride. Zira gladly takes the offer. - Scar presents Zira to Mufasa and Sarabi, that are currently celebrating the fact that they’ll soon have an heir. Mufasa and Sarabi agree that Zira can stay. - Scar and Zira grow closer and soon fall in love. - Another circle of life starts once the young prince Simba is born. While everyone celebrates, Scar isn’t happy. (Basically were the story follows the Lion King movie) - Scar tells Zira about his plans to get rid of both Mufasa and Simba. Zira is shocked, but would do anything for her saviour. - Scar kills Mufasa and takes over the pride and Zira even gives birth to their son Nuka. Scar is not happy with him. - After Simba returns Scar is defeated and killed, which causes Zira to seek revenge for her fallen mate. - After Nala and Simba celebrate the birth of their son Kopa Zira decides to take matters into her own paws. Time passes by and Kopa grows older, until Zira murders the little cub and leaves him to die. - Simba exiles Zira and her cub from the pride and so Zira starts her plot to take the pridelands back. - Basically the story ends were the second movie begins. Puuuuhhh... that was quite the paragraph. Well I hope I was able to get the story across through visiuals, but I wanted to right the story down just in case. I know there isn’t a lot of explanation to the beginning, but it’s not really necessary to the story. Plus Zira has no idea what’s going on, so why would we know? I personally don’t like the Lion King 2 toooo much. I don’t hate it or anything, but it’s not really one of my favourites either, but Zira as villian nailed it.
