Judas Priest’s Painkiller Solo : Glenn Tipton Is a BEAST!

Paying tribute to Glenn Tipton’s solo on Judas Priest’s Painkiller. It absolutely blew my mind when I first heard it back in 1990 and and still has a huge impact on me to this day. It is undoubtedly among the very best in heavy metal history and though it’s difficult for me to be truly objective about my performance, I just hope you’ll find I did it justice! Glenn’s original lead guitar track has been removed so that only my version of the solo could be heard in this video.
