Phone holder - 3D printing model from Hongik University

STL- This design is a project that started with Choi Sung-kwon, a professor at Hongik University, and fab365’s industry-academic cooperation class in the second semester of 2023. I studied the design to be released in Fab 365, and I wanted to design a fun and story-telling product that can be used in reality, Finally, I designed a cell phone cradle with fun story. This cell phone holder looks like a giant robot supporting a large building as it crumbles. The user can use the mobile phone by placing it on top. The angle can be adjusted, and the robot’s motion varies depending on the angle. There is a protrusion at the bottom of the building, so you can easily mount your phone, and it is designed to fix the slope even if you do. At first, the size was huge, but the size was adjusted to be small so that the amount of filaments used could be drastically reduced. We were able to make the work easier by actively utilizing Hongik University’s printing facilities, and it was completed by gradually revising the model through CEO Koo Sang-kwon’s design directing. I was able to try interesting designs by transferring the know-how of Fab365’s 3D printing and it helped me a lot in the modeling process. Print out my design and use your cell phone! Thank you. This model is recommended to turn off the supporter and print it out. Largest part in printing, size = X 126mm, Y 136mm, Z 31mm, After full assembly size= X 126mm, Y 164mm, Z 175mm
