Stephen Harper Visits Montreal - Nov. 16, 2013

Get the full story: Prime Minister Stephen Harper visited Montreal on Saturday, November 16 for a trade conference at the Palais des congrès. Several protesters took to the street in opposition to his visit, shouting anti-Harper slogans and rallying against austerity measures. The protest was declared illegal under municipal bylaw P-6.
