Not Satisfied - The Four Fathers

The sixth video from our gig on October 31, 2020 — which was our only amplified gig in the whole of 2020, because of Covid — features us playing, for the first time ever live, our cover of ’Not Satisfied’ by British roots reggae legends Aswad, the title track of their 1982 album of the same name — also memorably recorded live at the Notting Hill Carnival in 1983 for their ’Live and Direct’ album. We’re continuing to release a video a week from the gig, to try to keep our music alive when we’re unable to make any studio recordings, or to play any gigs. Please subscribe to our YouTube channel to get the videos directly in your inbox when they’re released The gig was at Matchstick Piehouse, a community theatre and performance space in Deptford, and took place just days before the UK plunged back into lockdown. Thanks to our sound engineer, Leanne Bower, and to Jem Horstead for filming it.
