In this turtle balloon twisting tutorial, I show you step by step how to make this adorable turtle balloon centerpiece. This is a fun and easy balloon turtle to make and is a great addition to an under the sea theme baby shower or birthday party. This is a fun turtle balloon animal design and you can also adapt it as a tortoise balloon animal. You can have fun using different colour combinations. In the video of the turtle balloon animal instructions, I use a printed balloon, but you can also use a plain balloon and draw your own shell pattern, as I’ve done with the green version of this turtle balloon decoration shown early in the video.
