This cover started off as a casual conversation between both of us when Studio Choom dropped Yeji’s and Ryujin’s video back in June 2022. After multiple attempts of trying to organize practice sessions between both of us (it was only just us two, but somehow our schedules could not meet eye to eye and we had to keep shelving off this project until October), we finally managed to film it and decided to coin it our friendship anniversary cover! We’ve known each other for almost half of our lives (more than a decade) so this twin concept dance cover really marked the celebration of a milestone for us. Pulling this off is definitely no easy feat; the amount of expressions and body language acting required for this routine is insane. We definitely have loads to work on after watching ourselves in this, but it is also a big reason why we look up to ITZY so much because they are such great performers!
