When black people riot, we rush to address their grievances, but not when white people do so

After disorder involving black people, for example the Black Lives Matter disturbances, there is much soul-searching and attempts to address the causes of the disorder. When white people behave in the same way, nobody seems interested in asking why they felt the need to take to the streets.
