三心 Sanshin - The Sushi Superstar of Osaka

A visit to Sushi Sanshin (one Star Michelin) in Osaka to have Sushi Omakase and a few glasses of Sake. Sanshin, or in Japanese 三心, translates to “3 Hearts“ or in this context more correctly “3 Mindsets“, a concept in Buddhism which Sushi Chef Ishibuchi cultivates in his daily work.
