Back bending sequence with a chair - Iyengar Yoga

In this class we make use of the yoga chair in order to inform our approach to some of the back bending postures. Our sequence begins with Downward facing dog pose to Upward facing dog pose with the hands on the chair. This variation is often more accessible than when practicing with hands on the floor. Watch the video to see what comes next in the sequence ;) 🌼 Sign up today for your 7-day FREE trial to the VIP Members Video Library where you’ll get anytime access to a full library of on-demand classes (all of which are 60-75 minutes long).
