Is EU moving towards trade war with China

The European Commission’s decision to impose tariffs on electric vehicles from China has received ‘the necessary support’ from EU members, according to a statement on the commission’s website. Critics of the measures however have warned the EU against going into a trade war with the Asian powerhouse.
