Winter Fat Bike Riding - Montane Blue - Fernie British Columbia

Some more winter fat bike riding adventures in Fernie British Columbia, shredding Montane Blue with the Berm Boss. An awesome classic singletrack blue trail mountain bike ride, that winds through the Montane area in Fernie. The trail is about an 11km loop that has some fun features consisting of bridges, berms, switchbacks, and some super fun small jumps. Overall you will gain about 600 feet in total elevation, and the majority of that is comprised of 2 main hills. The first one takes you up to the Montane Ski Hut, where you get awesome views of the town of Fernie, and a perfect view of Fernie Ski Hill, when the visibility permits. The second hill has some more grade involved in the climb, but is much shorter. Overall the downhill sections are fun, flowy, and fast, good times. Montane Blue:
