На своем канале делюсь моей первой джампинг-тренировкой.
Эта программа на 30 мин растяжка 10 мин. Программа в действительности длиннее, но некоторые композиции пришлось удалить из-за авторства на музыку.
Если захотите не много отдышаться, попить воды, то ставьте видео на паузу, но и не делайте слишком долгих перерывов. Буквально пара минут и погнали дальше!
