Restoration of a King Seiko Watch - Clean and Rebuild

This beautiful King SEIKO Watch came to me badly in need of a service. The mainspring was weirdly installed, bent and very dirty and the watch needed a complete internal restoration. The quality of these vintage King SEIKO watches, esepciallly the Seiko 44-9990 caliber, is really very impressive, even the barrel arbor is jewelled against its own barrel. But it was in poor internal condition and needed a really good service. There is is not much taking in this video. Instead I focus on the detail of the restoration. It’s a good asmr hit!
