The Birth, Life, Death and Rebirth of Liam Gallagher’s voice [ part 1 ]

Sort of a mini documentary which captures how Liam’s voice changed for the better, and worse, over the years. I thought the best way of explaining this is to show examples. If you’re wondering why album versions aren’t in the video, or why the video skips certain performances (All Around The World in the Boardwalk) it’s because of copyright. His voice has become more and more fragile over the years (up until recently) probably due to the fact he has hashimoto’s disease, his past problems with laryngitis, as well as the thousands of performances he has taken part in. BUT it there have actually been some positives from this, for example, Liam gained his signature rasp most likely because of his Hashimoto’s disease, without his rasp ’Turn Up The Sun’, ’Columbia’ post 94 or ’Scorpio Rising’ would not have sounded as legendary in my opinion. and these are just a few examples. 0:00 - Intro 0:58 - 91-94 (Nightingale Phase) 7:03 - Mid to late 94 9:57 - 95 (Lion Phase starts) 15:36 - 96
